We are pleased to announce that our very own Steve McCurry has been awarded the Chevalier or Knight of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (The Order of Arts and Letters). This prestigious award is given to those whom the Minister of French Culture and Communication feels have made a significant contribution to the arts. This award was founded in 1957 for recognition of distinguished artistic achievement. Here is an example of the medallion which Steve McCurry will be awarded. We are so happy to see Steve honored in such a monumental way. Congrats Steve!
